• Refunds: Refund policies are outlined in your service agreement. Please review it carefully before enrolling.

• Cancellation by You: You may cancel your Services at any time by providing written notice to us. Please refer to your service agreement for cancellation terms and any applicable fees.

• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided through our Services.

• That our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Restoration by FSRS Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the past six months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Credit Restoration by FSRS Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use of our Services.

• Your violation of these Terms.
